I love cucumbers! I especially like the smaller ones with tender skin, the skin has several health benefits, so if you can eat it too, it’s much better for you. I wash all my fruits and vegetables in tepid water with a little dishsoap, it’s good enough for the dishes I eat from, and it gets rid of all the stuff I don’t want, just make sure you rinse it really well!
