The numbers on this make me sad, some sadness in our lives is normal, and part of a healthy life. Debilitating sadness, that removes pleasure from every day events, is not. If you are so sad you do not want to get out of bed, get dressed, leave your house, etc. for many days, you may be suffering from depression.
