I absolutely love carrots, I eat them almost every day! I buy a bag, wash and cut them, and store them in the fridge for convenience. I like them all by themselves, with hummus, cooked, on salads, wherever! Great to know something I love to eat is so good for me. After all, who does not need a stronger immune system, a healthier liver, and better dental health?
