Yoga For Lower Back Pain
Yoga is an excellent exercise; it can help relieve many of our daily aches and pains, it helps us with building a strong core and having a better posture!
The Yoga video below will show you how to better align your Spine and relieve your lower back pain with 3 easy; yet extremely effective movements:
1. Childs Pose ( Balasana ) means the way of the child. You can hold in this pose for 5-10 breaths or 5-10 minutes which ever you prefer.
2. Cat Curls ( Bidalasana ), this is an excellent stretch by melting of the lower back and lifting your belly you will get into the perfect Cat curl.
3. Downward Facing Dog ( Adho Mukha Savanasana
)
The famous downward facing dog, this is an excellent pose; it works the entire body, it builds strength and increases flexibility.
