Add 1 teaspoon almond or olive oil, or ghee to one cup milk in a saucepan, add ¼ teaspoon turmeric paste
Bring to boil, stirring constantly
Add sugar to taste
Turmeric Paste– Add ¼ cup turmeric powder to 2 1/2 cups of water, stir. Bring mixture to boil and keep stiring until it becomes a thick paste. If it gets too dry add a little more water. Once done cool and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a month.
