When I made these we ate them all as soon as they came out of the oven, it was all I could do to save some long enough to take a picture! They are absolutely delicious, and full of vitamins.
Ingredients:
2 red bell peppers
2-3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
I know, that’s it, amazing huh? Take the seeds and membranes out of your peppers, cut them into 1″ strips, drizzle the syrup on them, place on a baking sheet with a rack, and bake in a slow oven (175 degrees F) for 9-10 hours, they are done when they are crispy, I started checking them after 7. Eat and enjoy!
